The bank with which we have our relationship is licensed in The Republic of Montenegro. This is to ensure absolute protection and privacy of banking information for our clients and limit the jurisdiction of any government to obtain full disclosure about any account holder.

This bank is a "deposit only" bank and does not provide counter facilities, cheque books or lending services. We advise clients to satisfy themselves that this type of bank will meet their needs.

Funds held for clients are held in correspondent banking accounts. These banks are major banks with solid reputations and are governed by their respective countries.

All communications with the bank must be in writing. The bank maintains its own internal, secure email system for communicating with its clients.

Money may be transferred into the account using E-gold, Evocash, E-bullion, Netpay or Bank wire transfers.

Money can be withdrawn from the account via the online payment system or using a Cirrus numbered card.

Your application is subject to the bank's normal "Know Your Client" guidelines. As such, the bank will require you, as part of the application to provide the following information:

1. An account name in which to open the account. This may be a
company name or individual's name. The account is then translated
into a number on all future transactions. If you choose to have a
Cirrus card, this too will be numbered.

2. A user name for setting up and logging into the account.

3. The denomination of the currency you wish to hold the account. The
available currencies are: USD, EUR, CHF, JPY, CAD, AUD

4. A mailing address. This is necessary if you require a Cirrus debit card.

5. You can order a cirrus card once the account has been opened. The
cirrus card generally takes about 2 weeks and costs US$150.
